Our steam kettle is hard at work simmering Chef Joe’s Pumpkin Erissery ingredients. This is around 450 meals for those in need.

We received an amazing gift from The Ottawa Mission. They donated a Cleveland 40-gallon Steam Kettle to Food For Thought. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You. This amazing tool can cook up to 600 meals (yes, 600) at a time!
