Introducing the Brain Freeze Fundraiser!

Brain Freeze is a fundraiser organized by neuroscience students at Carleton University. It supports local organizations that promote mental health, active living, and healthy eating. We're thrilled to be the chosen benefactor for their fundraiser this year!

The fundraiser began this week, and it will run until Sunday, March 27th. Its specific goals are to:

  1. raise $5,000 to support healthy eating among those that are food insecure; and

  2. accumulate a total of 1,000,000 steps worth of physical activity from participants.

Visit Brain Freeze's website to contribute to either of these goals! The donations made through the brain freeze CanadaHelps account will make it to us. You can also use their Activity-to-Step Converter to turn your favourite physical activities into steps! Whether it's shoveling snow, Tai Chi, or taking a nice walk, you can log your steps! Let's get started!
